"Child"is a vibrant abstract painting that explores the profound theme of unconditional love, inspired by the tender connection between mother and child and echoes of divine protection. Interestingly, the initial concept for this piece emerged from a study of trees, where I discovered a natural form that resonated with the protective and embracing posture you see here (see process images in the gallery). From that initial spark, a journey of color and form unfolded to express the depth and intensity of this powerful emotion.
